These terms govern your use of harborvalegoods.store and any purchase you make from it. Harbor & Vale Goods is a brand operated by Luxibo Montana, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we confirm and ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund any payment already taken. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include any applicable tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider, and you agree to give current, accurate payment and contact information.

Shipping & returns

Products & descriptions

Many of our goods are small-batch and made from natural materials, so variation in color, grain, glaze, and texture is expected and is not a defect. We work to describe and photograph everything accurately, but we do not warrant that every description or color is exact on every screen.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Luxibo Montana, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
